Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered either by phone or in person at the surgery you normally attend. Please telephone 01623 744136 between 10.00am and 5.00pm. We operate a computerised system for the issue of repeat prescriptions. Please allow 48 hours before the prescription is collected.

At the present time the 'Online Prescriptions' service is not yet available at Church Warsop due to limitations of the NHSnet connection.

On occasion, if a repeat prescription has not been authorized by your doctor, the receptionist may have to refuse your request. In such cases you will be asked to see the doctor. This is done for your own protection and to make sure your illness and medication is monitored.
